DIRECTIONS:  Stone surface should be clean and dry. Apply a small amount of MPP with soft cotton cloth or paper towel, divide work area into sections no larger than 18 square inches. With a circular hand motion, buff MPP with paper towels, changing them often.

What marble polish 16 oz is actually doing

Marble is calcium carbonate, and even without acid etching, daily wiping and cleaning leave behind a fine layer of residue and micro-scratching that dulls its natural shine over time. Marble polish 16 oz combines a polishing agent with a light protective coating, so one application both restores the reflective shine and adds a thin barrier against fingerprints and light staining.

Applying marble polish 16 oz

Start with a clean, dry surface – polishing over crumbs or grit will grind debris into the stone instead of buffing it out. Apply a small amount and work it in with a soft cloth in circular motions, then buff to a shine with a clean, dry microfiber towel. A little goes a long way; more product doesn’t mean more shine.

Keeping marble looking polished

Wipe up spills promptly, especially anything acidic like wine or citrus, and use coasters and trivets. Stick to marble-safe, pH-neutral cleaners day to day – harsh acidic cleaners will etch the stone and strip the protective layer faster than normal use.

Does this replace sealing? No – polish adds shine and light protection between sealings, but a dedicated sealer is what protects against deeper staining.

Will it etch the marble? No – it’s formulated to be marble-safe; etching only comes from acidic substances, not this polish.
