It is my pleasure to send you an email commending your product. We built my son’s bathroom 6 years ago and I did not know that the grout lines would become so soiled. Especially around the toilet and shower. I used hydrogen peroxide with no results. Great product! No fumes, washed/wiped off tiles completely BUT the real test is does it repel water. Since applying it (and allowing 36 hr dry time)
none of the grout lines “darken” when wet.

It works!!!! Stop using bleach to clean grout. Stay ahead of the mold with regular cleaning. This minimizes how many time I have to re-grout our shower
