Why grease needs a different approach
Kitchen grease is not like other soil. It is not water soluble, it does not rinse away, and it builds into a film that traps dust, food and smoke residue, going darker every month. Spray cleaners smear it around. Steam softens it and then it re-sets a few inches away. What actually shifts it is mechanical: a tile grease remover with a fine abrasive that lifts the film off without cutting into the tile or grout underneath.
Grout makes it worse. Cement grout is porous and slightly soft, so grease works down into the surface instead of sitting on it, which is why a brush and a household spray buy you about a week of clean looking grout lines.

How to use this tile grease remover
Work a small area at a time rather than covering a whole wall, and keep the surface wet as you go. Let the abrasive do the work instead of leaning on it – contact and patience matter more than pressure. Rinse thoroughly afterwards.

Test an inconspicuous corner first. This is for hard tile and cement grout – on marble, limestone or travertine use our marble grout range instead, because soft stone needs gentler chemistry.
Seal the grout afterwards
Once grout is genuinely clean, seal it. Porous grout is why the grease got in, and sealing is what stops the cycle restarting. Clean grout left unsealed looks the same again within a year.

Will it scratch the tile? The abrasive is fine and made for the job, but test an inconspicuous area first.
Can I use it on marble? No. Marble and other soft stone need our marble range.
Is 8 oz enough? A little goes a long way. This size suits a backsplash or a bathroom; step up to 16 oz for a whole floor.
Does it work on old, hardened grease? Yes, though expect to go over a badly built up area more than once.
Keeping a kitchen from getting there again
